Whats up all my people. I know everyone is probably playing Modern Warfare 2 (I’ll admit it I haven’t finished it myself), but I personally just completed Uncharted 2:Among Theives for Playstation 3, and I must say…..WOW!!!! This game truly was a work of art and should definitely win Game of the Year in my opinion, but I cant say that without a shadow of a doubt for the fact that I haven’t finished Modern Warfare 2, and I have Assassins Creed 2 sitting in my room still unopened lol. I will say though that Uncharted has inspired me to ask teach if I can do another presentation and share some of the gameplay with the rest of the class. This game has everything story, gameplay, music, voice acting , and some of the best graphics I have ever seen in a videogame. Go pick it up NOW!!!!

OK so for as long as I can remember Batman games have sucked. And I don’t mean the good kind of sucking either.. Im talking the horribly crappy George Clooney Batman suit with nipples and AHHHNULD getting cast as Mr. Freeze suck. So when Arkham Asylum was announced I didn’t exactly jump for joy… Maybe I should have.

Lets get this right out in the open quickly. Batman Arkham Asylum DOES NOT SUCK!!! My friends it is quite the contrary. Batman:AA (Alcoholics Anonymouse LOL) is the best Batman videogame ever created and one of the best superhero videogames put it. This game makes you feel like you are The Dark Knight from the sounds to the wonderfully brilliant graphics and design of the sadistic island of Arkham. You will be hard press to find a game which takes its source material as serious as this one. Developed by Rocksteady a little known developer Batman AAs biggest draw is its fantastic fighting engine which is simple to learn and addictive to try and master. Sure you get to use the caped crusaders great 007 gadgets throughout the game as you progress , but for the most part you will find yourself hoping that you run into a large group of goons so that you can beat the brakes off of them. Other games should wish that they could develop a combat engine as good and Batman AA.

The aesthetic of the game is fantastic with the Unreal Engine bringing the characters and environment to life vividly. The voice cast from the animated series all reprise their respective roles and do a great job bringing the world to life. But don’t get the wrong idea this isn’t the Batman from the animated series you know this game is much more darker and closer to the graphic novels and recently released Dark Knight films then the animated series.  The only missing villains I noticed where The Penguin and Two Face, but theres always room for a sequal. If you like good games and want feel like the ultimate badass while having fun pick up Batman Arkham Asylum. It gets 4 AND A HALF BOOMM!!!!! BANG!!!!!! POW!!!! BATARANGS OUT OF FIVE!!!
